Connor Green, born and raised in Austin, played sports from an early age. At Hyde Park Baptist High school in Texas’ capital city, Connor, a multi-sport athlete, excelled in baseball and football. Connor continued his baseball career, by playing collegiately at the University of Texas at Tyler.

Ryan Cuento is born and raised in Arlington, TX where he grew up primarily playing basketball. After high school, he graduated with a B.S. in exercise science from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals by giving them the tools they need to be successful in sport. As a performance coach at APEC. Ryan is a strength and conditioning specialist who has had experience with working with athletes of all ages ranging from youth development to athletes in Draft prep. Certifications: -NSCA CSCS -CPR/AED

Sam was born in Fleet, England. Sam moved to the US in 2007 to pursue a soccer scholarship and further his education. He began at North Iowa area Community College and transferred after graduating to Midwestern State University (MSU). Exercise Science has been apart of life since the age of sixteen. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a master's degree in Exercise Physiology.

Dr. Clark was born and raised in the state of Kansas where he grew up participating in soccer, basketball, baseball, football, golf, and a couple years of gymnastics. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he furthered his education at Baylor University to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2021. He has a passion for helping people return to the sports and activities they enjoy by restoring and improving their functional performance focusing on movement patterns, strength, and mobility.
